How do I register?

In order to register for an account on the ViiV Exchange you must be a registered healthcare professional. If you are a registered healthcare professional we will be able to verify you based on your first name, surname and practicing postcode. If the data you provide through the registration form allows us to successfully validate you then you will gain instant access. If we cannot identify you, your registration will be placed in review and we will process the request within 2 business days.

I cannot register

If you continue to receive an error when trying to register, please contact us at au.exchange-support@viivhealthcare.com

I registered but can’t log in

If you registered successfully you should be automatically logged in. If you were not logged in and you cannot view the locked content within our site it is likely that your registration was placed in review for validation purposes and we will process the request within 2 business days of the registration time.

I forgot my password / I can’t login

I forgot my username

Your username should be the email address you used at the time of registration to the ViiV Exchange website. If you no longer have access to this mailbox, you will be unable to reset your password. In this instance, please contact us at au.exchange-support@viivhealthcare.com

How to clear cache from my browser

Your browser's cache stores website content to help pages load faster on your computer or device. This means that sometimes browsers can load older versions of content.

If you are having trouble viewing content on the ViiV Exchange website, try clearing your browsers cache.

Chrome

If you’re using Windows you can hit Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 on your keyboard simultaneously to reload ignoring any cached content otherwise, please follow the steps below.

Chrome for desktops:

  • Click the Chrome menu
  • Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data (or just hit Ctrl+Shift+Del)
  • In the drop down select “the beginning of time”
  • Untick all options and tick “Cached images and files”. Tick “Cookies and other site plug-in data” if you also want to remove cookies.
  • Click the “Clear browsing data” button

Chrome mobile users:

  • Chrome menu > Settings
  • Privacy
  • Clear

Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer hit Ctr+Shift+Delete simultaneously, select “Temporary Internet Files” and untick the rest (unless you also want to remove Cookies) and click Delete.

Safari (for tablet or mobile users)

  • Go into Settings on your iPhone
  • Scroll to Safari and tap
  • Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data
  • Confirm

How to clear cookies from my browser

Cookies are small files stored on your computer that save specific information (like passwords and site-specific preferences). Clearing cookies can help if you are having trouble logging in, or staying logged in.

To clear your cookies:

Chrome for desktops:

  • Click the Chrome menu
  • Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data (or just hit Ctrl+Shift+Del)
  • In the drop down select “the beginning of time”
  • Tick “Cookies and other site plug-in data” and “Cached images and files” if you also want to remove the cache
  • Click the “Clear browsing data” button

Chrome mobile users:

  • Chrome menu > Settings
  • Privacy
  • Clear
